 How long does your wigs last?

Any wig can last as long as you want from 1 to 2 years but it does depend on the care, you must take care of your wigs for them to have longevity. You can book for maintenance or invest in a mannequin head.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally and the delivery time does vary depending on your location.

How long does processing time take?

All our wigs are custom at the time of purchase unless stated other wise. The processing time is between 14 - 21 business days. That is two to four weeks and time my vary due to sales or from what is available.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is different for different countries. Shipping can take 2-3 days in the UK and 7-10 days in other countries the shipping time may vary due to strikes or busy periods. Express Delivery is available for additional charges depending on the courier used. Please email Hairbymswilliams@gmail.com if you require express delivery this may or may not be available in some cases.

What do I need when purchasing a custom unit?

You need to know you head measures and have the correct measurements in inches, the most common size is medium 22"-22.5" it can fit most head shapes. you can use our measuring guide below to help you select the correct option.

 

What lace do you use?

We currently provide a transparent for all of our customers. Our lace can be tinted for a more natural finish out lace is thin and very easy to blend.

How do you maintain a pixie wig?

You can wash and restyle your custom wig. If you wash your unit use warm water do not scrub, lightly massage your shampoo into the hair and then rinse off with warm water when the hair is clean, then use the same method with conditioner. Leave the hair to air dry or dry with medium heat and then style once you are done.
